What will we use your personal data for?

We will process your personal data for the following purposes:

1. aexecution of the course sale agreement and participation in courses covered by access
2. bissuing a certificate after completing the course
3. cpossible pursuit of claims, their identification, and defense against them
4. dfulfillment of contractual obligations by Fib.Code, in accordance with the terms of service
5. econducting marketing activities regarding products and services offered by Fib.Code and its partners
6. fcontacting the User and conducting statistical analyses

With your consent, you have the ability to create a User Profile on the platform offered by Fib.Code, use additional portal features, and receive notifications.

Are you obligated to provide personal data?

To the extent that processing of your data is for the purpose of performing a contract with Fib.Code, e.g. completing a course or issuing a certificate, providing your data is a condition for concluding the contract and proper service delivery. Providing data is voluntary but necessary for the conclusion and proper performance of the contract.

In other respects, providing personal data is voluntary, is not a statutory or contractual requirement, and does not constitute a condition for concluding a contract.

On what basis will we process your personal data?

The basis for processing personal data is, depending on the activities performed:

You have the right to request from Fib.Code access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, objection to their processing, and we may also transfer them, at your request, to another Data Controller.

How to withdraw consent?

At any time you may withdraw any consent given to Fib.Code in connection with the processing of personal data. Simply send an email, call, or send a message by traditional mail to the contact details indicated above. The will to withdraw consent can be expressed in any way, the only condition is that it reaches our attention.

Withdrawal of consent is not possible only in the case of Fib.Code fulfilling the purpose of a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller.

Complaints about the processing of personal data by Fib.Code can be directed to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

Fib.Code makes every effort to provide physical, technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.
