Taking part in our courses requires no purchases and no installation. A link, a browser and a microphone are enough.
This page gathers everything you need before the first session and during it. Open it on your phone on the day of the course — it is ordered by when each piece of information actually becomes useful.

We send a message with the full set of information before the service starts. If anything is missing, write to us — we will complete it before the start.
The link stays valid for the whole service — you use the same link on every day of the course.
Four steps, none of which requires creating an account or asking IT to approve a software installation.
You will find the link in our message. You need neither a Microsoft account nor any account with us.
"Continue on this browser" requires no installation at all. If you already have the Microsoft Teams app, you can join through it.
Please use your full first name and surname — attendance is confirmed and certificates are issued on that basis.
Teams shows a preview before you join. A microphone is needed for the exercises; a camera is recommended but not required.
Join a few minutes early. The first minutes of a session are substantive, not organisational.
We keep the requirements at a level met by an ordinary office workstation and an average phone.
A computer, tablet or phone. For system configuration courses a computer is more convenient — you perform the exercises in parallel with the trainer.
A standard office or home connection capable of carrying video. A wired connection or a strong Wi-Fi signal will reduce interruptions.
A microphone is needed to take part in the exercises. Headphones remove echo when several participants share one room.
A current version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome or Safari. The Microsoft Teams app is not required.
Some organisations restrict traffic to services outside their own infrastructure. If such rules apply to you, tell your IT team in advance that you will be using Microsoft Teams — unblocking it on the day of the course is often impossible. As a last resort you can join from a private device or over a mobile network.
On request we will run a short test call before your first session — checking video, audio and access to the meeting.
Write or call and we will agree a time. The test takes a few minutes and is best done from the device and the network you will actually use during the course.
The most common situations and what to try first. If none of these helps, write or call — do not spend session time on diagnostics.
Check in Teams that the right playback device is selected and that system sound is not muted.
Check that your microphone is not muted in Teams and that the browser has permission to use it — the padlock icon next to the address bar.
Close other applications using the camera. A camera is not mandatory — no video does not stop you taking full part.
Echo appears when several devices with sound on share one room. Use headphones or mute the other devices.
Rejoin with the same link. You do not need to tell us — you return to the session wherever it currently is.
Write or call. We will resend the link or give you the backup meeting address.
We help before the sessions, during them and after the service ends. During a session you can also use the meeting chat — the trainer responds in real time.
The remote environment is our responsibility. You are entitled to know in advance what happens if the technology fails mid-service.
Stay in the meeting — the trainer returns using the same link. If they do not return within a few minutes, you will receive a message with what happens next.
We open a backup meeting and send the new address by e-mail, to the address given at registration.
We agree a new date with the client. You bear no consequences of a problem that arose on our side.
Any part lost to a fault on our side is repeated — including when it affected a single participant.
Our courses touch the real configurations and documents of your organisation. A few rules that protect you, your employer and the other participants.
The meeting link is intended for the people registered for the service. If someone else should attend, tell us and we will add them.
Attendance is documented from the name visible in the meeting. A nickname or a device name makes confirming attendance difficult.
We record neither video, audio nor chat. We ask the same of you — sessions contain other participants' data and information about their organisations' safeguards.
When sharing, choose a single window rather than the whole desktop. Close mail, messengers and documents unrelated to the exercise.
We never ask for passwords or authentication codes — not in the chat, not over the phone. You perform the exercises yourself, on your own credentials.
Messages about the service are sent only from addresses in the fibcode.com domain. Report to us any message from another address asking for login details.
A suspicious message, an unknown person in the meeting, a document shown by accident — report it to us at once, by e-mail or by phone. We handle such reports as information security incidents.
We do not record sessions and we do not archive the meeting chat.
Privacy policyWhat happens after the final day of the service.
You receive the teaching materials for your own use — they stay with you and you may use them in your professional work.
You complete a test or a practical task. The instrument is prepared and administered by a validator, not by the person who delivered the sessions.
You receive individual information on the degree to which the learning outcomes were achieved, together with a certificate, within fourteen days of the end of the service.
If the service was published in the Development Services Database, you will also receive access to the evaluation survey once it ends. That rating goes straight to PARP.
Write or call — we will answer before the service starts. Better to clear something up a day earlier than to lose the first half hour of the course.
